Shrimp Cream

Smooth and creamy shrimp cream, with a deep and delicate flavor. Comforting, nutritious, and perfect for those who enjoy elegant, heartwarming dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp

  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned

  • ½ Paiteña onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, diced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • CONDUMIO chili

Preparation

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp (reserve the shells).

  2. In a pan, add olive oil and fry the shrimp shells.

  3. Sauté the shells until they turn an orange color, then remove the shells.

  4. Add the pound of shrimp to the pan and cook until done, then remove the shrimp.

  1. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until golden.

  2. Add the previously cut bell peppers.

  3. Add 350 grams of shrimp along with the diced Roma tomatoes.

  4. Once the tomatoes are cooked, blend them together with the shrimp and return the mixture to the pan.

  5. Stir over low heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add CONDUMIO sauce to taste.

Plating

  1. Pour the cream into a deep bowl.

  2. Place the remaining shrimp on top of the cream
