Tempura Vegetables
Fresh vegetables in a light, crispy tempura, designed to help kids learn to love vegetables in a fun and delicious way. Color, texture, and flavor that make healthy eating a pleasure.

1 cup of wheat or corn flour
Ground ginger (optional)
Ice-cold water
Salt to taste
1 egg yolk
Vegetable oil
Vegetables
½ large Paiteña onion
1 large carrot
2 medium bell peppers
Baby String Beans

Preparation
Tempura
In a bowl, add 1 cup of flour, salt, 1 egg yolk, and ground ginger to taste.
Gradually add the ice-cold water, stirring until you get a batter similar in texture to crepe batter.
Vegetables
Cut the vegetables into julienne strips.
Coat them lightly in plain flour.
Tempura
In a frying pan, add enough oil to cover the vegetables and heat to 180°C (356°F).
Gradually dip the vegetables into the tempura batter.
Place the vegetables one by one into the hot oil.
Fry until the tempura coating turns golden, then remove.
Plating
Arrange the tempura vegetables on a large, flat plate.
Serve the CONDUMIO sauce in two small dipping bowls.
